Long Mountain Business Park Breaks Ground

(Kingman, AZ) Long Mountain Development began constructing approximately 11 acres of commercial property along Highway 66 in Kingman, across from the Kingman Airport Industrial Park, adjacent to the Ranch at Long Mountain residential subdivision in June, 2011.  The development includes relocation of an existing ADOT median crossing and construction of a new right turn lane to provide access as well as extensions of City of Kingman water and sewer.  The development is a Mohave County non-residential subdivision.  Mohave Engineering provided the subdivision final plat, improvement plans for roadways/ drainage/utilities, and is providing construction surveying and materials testing services.
