We are pleased to announce Russ’s successful completion of Arizona Technical Testing Institute’s (ATTI) rigorous Field Technician certification. ATTI is an organization formed to promote the highest standard in highway construction materials sampling and testing. To receive certification, technicians must satisfactorily perform test methods and pass a demanding written exam. The organization is represented by members from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Arizona Rock Products Association (ARPA), and Associated General Contractors (AGC), as well as, highway contractors, materials suppliers, and materials testing laboratories.
