Mohave County P&Z Commission Continues Subdivision Review Fee Increase

The Commission was presented a 10% increase in fees which is down from the 30% increase the County's Office of Management originally recommended.  Commissioners pointed out that there was a surplus in the budget after last increasing fees two years ago.  Staff agrees that the number of subdivision requests is down considerably from two years ago.  The County has approval to hire three outside firms to help with subdivision plan reviews but the practice has yet to be implemented.
