Master Planned Development Gets Nod From County

A 2100 acre Master Planned community being developed by CastleArch Real Estate recently received area plan amendment approval from the Mohave Couty Board of Supervisors.  MEAI is currently finalizing the submittal for the rezoning and permitting of the championship golf course, designed by Nicklaus Design, which will be the heart of the community.  This development will be the first master planned community in Kingman.
