WHEREAS, these temporary revisions to the regulations would have the effect of granting an automatic two (2) years of approval to any existing Preliminary Plan approvals (BOS) that were in place as of July 1, 2009.  Additionally, subdivisions with Preliminary Plan approvals (BOS) that were in place as of July 1, 2009, will benefit from a two (2) year extension of the deadlines for submitting initial and corrected Final Plats.  After July 1, 2011, those deadlines would again be enforced, to be measured from the extended submittal dates that correspond to each project, as all projects track on different dates depending on when they are submitted, reviewed and approved, and
